Achievements

• Designed and developed lead generation solution in MVC5 + Bootstrap 3 (mobile first) with 2 way integration to Oracle 12 via ODP.NET for our flagship MBA and Masters departments helping them remain front runners.
• Designed and developed undergraduate visit day delegate management solution using MVC5 + Bootstrap 3, Entity Framework 6.1 allowing candidates to register for visit days. Admin facility built within DotNetNuke CMS module using Telerik, storing data within SQL Server 2008.
• Designed and developed complex lead generation and payment solution in MVC4, HTML5, JQuery with 2 way integration to Salesforce using REST web services and SQL Server. This is helping the Executive department grow from £6million to £10million income this year (2014).
• Created MBS contact directory and Telerik organization chart, populated from SQL 2008 database hosted within DotNetNuke CMS module. Additionally consumes POX web services and LDAP to populate contact directory, uses SQL full text indexing for searching and exposes data via Web.API. Much quicker for new staff to be entered due to integrations, additionally exposing this data for prospective PhD students to search for an academic advisor on our website; improving our sales conversions.
• Upgraded custom Ecommerce platform from PROTX to SagePay, modifications to REST webservice and SQL 2008 database with ASP.NET WebForms. Created a Visual Studio 2008 project template to create new payment forms quickly, replaced all old payment portals with negligible disruption to our customers. Increased online income from 0.5million to £2million.
• Oversaw upgrade from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005, then SQL 2008 R2 for all .Net applications minimizing downtime. Currently designing roll out plan for SQL Server 2012 R2 with infrastructure team.
